Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing your order number and photos/video of the product.
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Customized, personalized, and bulk corporate orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Orders are processed within 1–7 business days.
Standard delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on the destination.
Remote locations may require additional delivery time.
Customers will receive tracking details once the order is shipped.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery timelines may be affected by weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Customized and corporate bulk orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
If cancellation is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
